Roles
| ROLE | RESPONSIBILITIES |

| Chair | The Chair is responsible for chairing all FCP meetings (AGM, Members Meetings and Committee Meetings) and has the casting vote in the event of a tie. |
| Secretary | The Secretary is responsible for taking notes at all FCP meetings and preparing the minutes of those meetings. |
| Treasurer | The Treasurer is responsible for managing FCP’s financial matters (bank account, petty cash, invoices and expenses), for maintaining records of all financial transactions, preparing and presenting the annual accounts. |
| Other | Other members attend Committee Meetings and progress their area of responsibility in between those meetings. |
There are three honorary roles that must be filled: Chair, Secretary and Treasurer. Other members can be elected to the committee to carry out particular responsibilites.
